Trade only

Rihal sells only to registered trade businesses: AV, smart-home and commercial integrators, consultants and contractors. We do not sell to homeowners or end clients.

Opening an account

Trade accounts are opened on application. We verify each business, including its trade licence, before an account opens. We may decline businesses that sell to end users without installation services.

Pricing and confidentiality

Dealer pricing is never published online and is shared only with approved accounts. We ask dealers to keep it confidential.

End-user enquiries

We do not quote homeowners or end clients.
